What's up everyone?! I'm Kees and I'm here to tell you about who I am and what I do.
Music has been the one defining element of my life. It started as something I enjoyed, a hobby, a time-killer, nothing I took seriously. However, the deeper I got into it, the more I realized "this is what I want to do." From that aha! moment on, I began writing my own music and training myself in every element necessary: from singing and dancing to stage presence and image. Singing and writing have become my therapy, dancing: my release, and performing: my adrenalin. I couldn't imagine my world without music.
Here's some evidence to back up my claims:
Danced at two Clippers games at the Staples Center (One: Opening Show, Two: Half-Time Show), Assistant Choreographer/Instructor for Be Discovered Dance Camp, Winner of MTV show Copycat, Gold & Silver Medal Winner at World Championship of Performing Arts, Studied "How Music Works" at Stanford University, Dance: Hip-hop, Latin, Arabic, and Armenian

I recorded these vocals a cappella and we (my producer/husband and I) built the chords around my initial take. So put some headphones on, sit in a dark room, close your eyes and meditate while you hear my heart break.
